Every repair is backed by a 30-day warranty, and batteries we install and devices we sell carry a 90-day warranty. If a problem related to our original work shows up within that period, bring it back to either store and we'll make it right at no charge. The warranty covers our parts and labor; it doesn't cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or work done elsewhere after ours. Keep your receipt — it's your warranty record.

Yes — and speed is everything. Power the phone off immediately, don't charge it, skip the rice (silica gel packets actually help; rice doesn't), and bring it in as soon as you can. The longer liquid sits inside, the more it corrodes, and the harder it gets to save the device or the data on it. Our water damage diagnostic is $45: we open the device, fully clean and dry it, run the board through an ultrasonic cleaner to remove corrosion, reassemble and test it, then tell you exactly what, if anything, still needs replacing and give you a final quote before doing any further repair. Most of our certified pre-owned phones are unlocked, which means they work on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and the prepaid carriers we activate. Some devices are carrier-specific, so ask a team member to confirm compatibility with your carrier before you buy. If you're switching carriers at the same time, we can activate the new line and move your number over in store while you wait.
