What does MyProtection cover? ⌄

Repairs for cracked screens, cracked backs, liquid damage and other damage to the device — you pay a flat $50 deductible per claim. If the device can't be repaired, it's replaced up to your plan's limit or its current market value, whichever is lower. Theft and loss are not covered.

Can I add it to a phone I already own? ⌄

Yes, as long as the device has no existing damage when you enroll. If it's already cracked, bring it in: we repair it first, then add MyProtection so it's covered from that day on.

Which plan should I pick? ⌄

Match the plan to the value of your device. Basic covers up to $500 per claim and suits budget phones and tablets; Premium covers up to $1,000 for midrange devices; Ultimate covers up to $1,500 for flagship phones and laptops. Not sure? Tell us the device and we'll point you to the right one.

What does it cost to make a claim? ⌄

A flat $50 deductible per claim on every plan, up to two claims a year. Bring the device to either CellFix location and we handle it from there.
