When you send an instant quote, a sell or trade request, a device reservation or a contact message, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address (if you add one), the store you picked, and details about your device and the problem. When you visit a store, we record the details needed for your repair or sale in our repair-management software.
Like most websites, we also collect basic visit information, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, through Google Analytics and our hosting provider. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
We use your information to send your quote, answer your questions, complete your repair, purchase or sale, and follow up on your visit. We use visit information to see which pages help people and to keep the site fast and secure.
When you submit a quote or request on this site, you agree that CellFix can contact you by text message, phone call or email about that request and your repair. Message and data rates may apply. If you don't want messages from us, reply to one of our texts or tell us in store and we'll stop.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their marketing. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our repair-management and messaging software, our email service and Google Analytics, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Our stores use security cameras that record video and audio. Signs are posted at the door. Recordings are used only for store security and running our stores, and are never sold.
We keep quote requests and repair records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties and keep our business records.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for warranty, legal or business records. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
