How To Unlock A Verizon, AT&T Or T-Mobile Phone
Carriers set their own unlock rules. In general they want the phone paid off, the account in good standing, and the phone active on their network for a while first. The rules change and differ between postpaid and prepaid, so the fastest way to know where you stand is to bring the phone in. We check the lock status in a couple of minutes and tell you what's possible.
Paid off and eligible
The carrier can release the lock, and we'll walk you through the request so the phone works on any compatible network.
Not eligible yet
You may still be able to get service today. As an authorized dealer for 8 carriers, we can often activate a compatible plan on the phone while it's still locked. Here's how that works.
