SideKick Diagnostics is an iPhone and iPad app that tests a device's hardware. It is published by the owner of CellFix Tampa (Hidaya Tech Solutions LLC and Noor Tech Solutions LLC). Last updated November 4, 2026.
On its own (Quick check). Every test runs on the device. The results stay on the device unless you share the report yourself with the Share button. Nothing is sent to us.
Linked to a store. When a store technician connects the device to the store's computer with a cable, or types the store's 4-digit code, the app sends the check to that store so it can be used for your repair, trade-in, buyback or sale.
Only when it is linked to a store: the device model, iOS version and app version, and which sensors the device has; each test's result (pass, fail, skipped, not available) with a short detail line, such as a microphone level, a camera brightness reading, or whether the device is near the store when GPS is tested; and the cosmetic grade, damage notes and comments the technician enters. Your location's coordinates and your distance from the store are never sent.
The store's own computer separately reads the device's serial number, IMEI, battery health, carrier lock, Find My and device management (MDM) status over the cable, and links them to the check. When a technician taps Check IMEI, the IMEI is sent to our IMEI-status provider to look up Find My, blacklist and carrier status.
Microphone: the app measures sound levels for a few seconds. It doesn't save or send recordings.
Cameras, TrueDepth, LiDAR and face scan: used only to test that they work. Pictures, depth and face data stay on screen and are never saved, sent, or used for advertising or marketing.
Bluetooth: the app listens for nearby devices for a few seconds to confirm Bluetooth works. It doesn't connect to them or keep the list.
The app never reads your photos, contacts, health data, browsing or other apps. It has no account or sign-in, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics tools.
We share data only with service providers that run the service for us, and only for that work: Cloudflare, which hosts our store system (the Wi-Fi speed test also downloads a test file from Cloudflare, which sees your device's internet address); SICKW, for IMEI status checks, only when a technician asks for one; Anthropic, an AI service our staff tools may use to summarise a device's check history for the technician; and our repair-management and messaging software. Each provider must protect the data at least as well as this policy does.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. We may share information when the law requires it.
Check results linked to a store are kept with that device's repair, trade-in or sale record, for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties and keep our business records. Shared report links stop working after a set number of days. Anything kept only on the device is removed when you delete the app.
You can decline any permission. That test is skipped and the rest of the app still works. You can turn permissions off later in Settings › SideKick Diagnostics.
To see, correct or delete the data a store holds about your device, email admin@cellfixflorida.com or ask in the store. We will delete it unless we need to keep it for warranty, legal or business records.
The app is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
